All services are subject to availability and specific production timelines confirmed at the time of order.
3. Orders & Payments
- Orders can be placed online, by email, or at our office.
- All quotations are valid for seven (7) days unless otherwise stated.
- Production begins only after artwork approval and payment confirmation.
- Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer, or approved digital payment systems.
- Once printing has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, and full payment is required.
4. Proofs & Approvals
We provide digital proofs for your review before production. Once approved, Doha Printing is not responsible for errors in spelling, colors, layout, or design. Clients are responsible for verifying all proofs carefully.
5. Delivery & Collection
- Delivery is available within Doha and across Qatar (delivery fees may apply).
- Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to production schedules or supplier delays.
- Clients must inspect all items upon receipt. Any claims for damages or defects must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, graphics, and materials are the property of Doha Printing and protected by applicable copyright laws.
By providing artwork, designs, or logos for printing, you confirm you have the right to use them. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for high-quality results, Doha Printing shall not be liable for:
- Minor variations in color, texture, or finish.
- Delays due to suppliers, couriers, or force-majeure events.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific order.
